If you live in the Nottinghamshire area, you’ve more than likely followed one of our vans or passed us on your street. Originally established in 1987, we’re proud to be a local business offering high-quality domestic and commercial air conditioning and commercial refrigeration services.
Lake Refrigeration is owned and operated by Gareth Cheesman and Steven Wood. Gareth joined Lake Refrigeration as an engineer in 1995 with Steven joining in 1999. In 2008 the two joined forces to purchase the company, buying out the previous owners and establishing Lake Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd.
The new company took over the business and its client contracts and has been growing ever since. Lake Refrigeration has expanded its team of engineers and office staff and in 2011 moved from its existing premises in Watnall to our current home in Giltbrook. This location includes a large workshop, office facilities and storage space.
Another key milestone came in 2019 when we became a D1 Approved Installer with Daikin, a market leader in heating, cooling, ventilation, clean air and refrigeration technologies.
Daikin products are installed all over the world, but you’ll find our installations in Nottinghamshire. We serve the whole of the East Midlands region, from Mansfield to West Bridgford, Bramcote to Wollaton.
From sales and service to installation and subsequent maintenance, we strive to be the go-to solution for air conditioning and refrigeration in the area. Whether you’d like to cool your home to a comfortable temperature, or require commercial refrigeration to keep your business running at its optimal best, we’re here to help.
